How do I choose a toy for an age?
Every list can be filtered by age, and each product page names the age it is made for. Our play guide by age has ideas.
What are the toys made of?
Each product page lists its materials. Our wooden toys are solid wood with water-based paints or food-safe oil.
Gifts
Do you gift-wrap?
Yes. Choose gift wrap at checkout: it is free on orders over ₹1,499 and ₹49 below that.
Can I add a message and hide the price?
Yes. Add a message of up to 300 characters at checkout; the packing slip of a gift shows no prices.
Orders
How do I track my order?
Open Track your order and enter your order number with the phone number or email address you ordered with.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be changed.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, the charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1 working day; delivery takes 3-5 working days after that, by PIN code. Each product page shows the date for your PIN code.
Payments
Which ways can I pay?
Checkout lists every way you can pay, including Cash on Delivery.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on the store includes GST.
Returns
Can I return something?
You can return an item within 15 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. Our returns policy has the details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Write to us from our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
